Isaac Stewart, Corporate Executive Chef
Isaac Stewart joined Cobb Theatres in 2010, bringing extensive culinary and management experience with both regional and national restaurant concepts.
Stewart's unique combination of culinary experience and business acumen perfectly positions him for the continued growth and development of the CinéBistro® concept.
Having had a successful career with Fadò Pubs, Inc. and CentraArchy Restaurant Mangement, Stewart has solid experience in creative menu development and implementation, budgetary planning and cost management, and training and development of award winning culinary teams. Stewart holds a Master in Management in Fine Food and Beverage from the acclaimed SDA Bocconi in Milan, Italy.
